From pellet to site
Four steps, one chain of responsibility. Nothing leaves the site until it is decorated, checked and palletised.

Material and forming
PS, PP, PET, HDPE and cane fibre. Thermoforming, injection and blow moulding: the material is chosen for the use, never the reverse.

Integrated decoration
In-mould label, shrink sleeve or direct offset print: the decoration is chosen for the run size, the shelf life and the budget.

Verified compliance
Virgin materials certified for food contact, batch traceability and a dimensional check at every production start-up.

Material recovered
Trim offcuts go back through in-house grinding. Bins, pallets and crates are designed to be recycled at end of life.

One mould, a thousand brands
Azhar Products makes the containers dairies fill every morning. The same pot body carries a Danone, Yopolis or Milkman decoration in turn: only the decoration module changes, never the tooling.
The same logic applies across the other ranges: preforms, fittings, crates and bins start from shared materials and processes, which shortens the time between an approved mock-up and the first pallet delivered.

Five families. Food and deli packaging: thermoformed dairy pots, cups, PET trays, kraft and bagasse. PET preforms and closures, with PCO, 1881, 1810 and 30/25 necks. Plastic building fittings in PE, PVC and PP, together with PPR pipes. Logistics crates, palox bins and pallets. HDPE bins in 120, 240 and 360 litres.
From a 100 ml pot to a 1 litre bowl. The most requested formats are the 105 g high-speed pot, the 170 g stackable tapered pot, the 200 g wide-opening low pot, the 250 ml cup and the 500 ml wide-flange pot. Sauce cups run from 30 to 120 ml.
Three techniques, chosen for the run size, the shelf life and the budget. In-mould labelling, fused into the material so it never peels along the cold chain. Four-colour shrink sleeves covering the full body. Direct offset printing up to six colours plus gold. All decoration is done in house.
Yes. The site sits in Mohammedia, between Casablanca and Rabat, and we deliver across Morocco. Export orders ship palletised and wrapped, with a thickened container base on references built for long-distance transport.
Yes. The virgin materials we use are certified for food contact, with batch traceability and a dimensional check at every production start-up. Materials in use are PS, PP, PET, HDPE and sugarcane fibre.
